For our week-long programs, a $200 deposit is required to confirm your place. These deposits are non-refundable.
The remaining balance of the tuition will be fully refundable up to 8 weeks before the camp. After that, it is only refundable if we are able to find somebody to fill your space; otherwise no refund will be made.
In case of documented health or family emergency, we will refund 50% of the tuition if we are unable to fill the space and 75% if we are able to find somebody.
